Pick City holds their monthly meetings the first Monday of the month at 7:30 p.m. central time at City Hall, unless a holiday lands on that date. In that case the meeting will be held on the first Tuesday. Special Meetings will be posted in business places.
The City Hall is open 8-11 am Monday through Friday. The phone number is 701-487-3327. Our dumpground hours during Spring and Summer are Saturdays from 10 am to noon.
Building permits can be obtained at City Hall or call Jim Sailer at 701-880-8851. All building permits must be obtained before construction and shall be required of all new building construction regardless of the cost. The fee shall be $10.00 if the total of construction costs is $1500.00 or less and $25.00 for over $1500.00 construction costs.
